Shipping Policy

Estimated processing and shipping time is 3-6 business days.

*SUMMER SHIPPING*

Summer shipping is effective from June 1 through the end of September. We will only be shipping wax products Monday through Wednesday to avoid your package from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend and potentially melting. We want your package to arrive to you in as close to perfect condition as possible! Thank you for understanding.

Please note, once your package leaves our workshop, we have no control over handling. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or UPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right. If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email (within 48 hours of delivery) describing the damage along with photos so we can begin to solve the issue. Refrain from using a damaged product.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Please note, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 3- 6 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed, however if you need assistance, please email us at info@blackkettlecandle.com sharing the details and we will try our best to solve the issue.
